ezOnboard connects UKG, ADP, Workday, Paycor, Paylocity, BambooHR, Dayforce, and more than a dozen other HR systems. If yours isn’t supported yet, we add it during implementation.
Does ezOnboard store our employees’ personal data?
No. Our installed agent reads your HR system and writes to Active Directory inside your network. Our hosted portal configures and monitors the agent but does not store your employees’ personal data.
Do we have to replace Active Directory or our identity provider?
No. ezOnboard works with on-premises Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange as they are today, and doesn’t change how people sign in.
What stops a bad HR record from disabling everyone?
Our robust safety rail system lets you set limits on leavers, movers, and cleared attributes per run, and a run that would cross one stops before it writes anything to wait for you.
How long does implementation take?
