- Does Aquera work with on-premises Active Directory?
- Yes. Aquera connects to on-premises Active Directory either directly, with your firewall letting in traffic from an Aquera IP address, or through an agent proxy that tunnels outbound to the Aquera cloud. ezOnboard’s agent runs inside your network and only connects outbound.
- Does employee data leave our network with ezOnboard?
- No. The agent reads HR and updates your directory on your network. Our portal configures and monitors it without storing employee personal data.
- Can we use ezOnboard and Aquera together?
- Yes, as long as only one of them writes to your directory. ezOnboard can take over provisioning to Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange while Aquera keeps provisioning your other applications.
- How long does a move from Aquera take?
