Does ezOnboard work with on-premises Active Directory?

Yes. The ezOnboard agent runs as a Windows service on a server inside your network and manages on-premises Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange. It only connects outbound, so there’s nothing to open on your firewall.

Does our employees’ personal data leave our network?

No. The agent reads your HR system and writes to your directory inside your network. Our hosted portal configures and monitors the agent but doesn’t store your employees’ personal data.

What happens if HR terminates someone by mistake?

ezOnboard disables a leaver’s account and never deletes it, and safety rails stop a run that would offboard more people than your limit allows. When HR corrects the record, your rules can enable the account again.

What if our HR system isn’t on the list?

ezOnboard connects UKG, ADP, Workday, Paycor, Paylocity, BambooHR, Dayforce, and more than a dozen other HR systems. If yours isn’t supported yet, we add it during implementation.
