Perpetual licenses come in packages by the number of enabled user accounts, from $1,600.00 for up to 100 accounts to $10,800.00 for up to 2,000, with quotes for larger packages and an unlimited license. Up to 1,000 accounts, for example, costs $5,957.89. Optional Annual Maintenance and Support, which brings new versions and Premium support, costs $480.00 to $3,240.00 a year across those packages, or $1,787.37 for 1,000 accounts. Without it, major upgrades carry a fee. Educational, government, and non-profit discounts are available, as is 5% off each prepaid year of maintenance. - Does Adaxes connect to HR systems like Workday or BambooHR?
- Not with built-in connectors. Its documentation imports users from a CSV file your HR system exports, using a PowerShell script in a scheduled task, and its script repository has a script that creates new users and updates existing ones from such a file. Its support team has suggested scripts that call an HR system’s API. ezOnboard connects to 20+ HR systems directly.
- Is ezOnboard an Adaxes alternative for help desk delegation?
- No. ezOnboard is an Adaxes alternative for HR-driven provisioning only. It doesn’t offer a help desk console, role-based delegation, or password self-service, which Adaxes does. If you rely on those, keep Adaxes for them.
- Can we use ezOnboard and Adaxes together?
- Yes. ezOnboard can take over joiners, movers, and leavers from HR while Adaxes stays your console for help desk work, delegation, self-service, and reports. Turn off the Adaxes import and onboarding rules first, so the two don’t provision the same accounts.
- Does employee data leave our network?
- Not with either product. Adaxes runs on servers you install it on. ezOnboard’s agent reads your HR system and writes to your directory inside your network, and our hosted portal configures and monitors the agent without storing your employees’ personal data.
- How long does a move from Adaxes take?
- Setup can take as little as one week, depending on coordination between your HR and IT teams. Review a dry run across your workforce before switching over.
