Gregg Davis

Gregg Davis is part of the founding team at ezOnboard and has spent his career in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. He began by supporting desktops and domain servers, grew into network engineering, and for most of that time has focused on cybersecurity.

He founded Alagen in 2010 and led it as CEO for more than a decade, building it into a boutique cybersecurity consulting firm. In 2016 he co-founded Locus, a talent acquisition firm focused on high-profile technologies.

Gregg now leads ezOnboard and owns customer engagement, making sure every client organization is successful. ezOnboard is focused on one thing: automating the employee lifecycle between HR systems and Active Directory / Entra ID, so IT teams stop doing it by hand.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, he also advises early-stage founders taking products from zero to one.
